Sam's transformative leadership at Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services, where he served as Senior Vice President, was marked by restructuring organizational operations to scale business capabilities, upgrade operating systems, and optimize performance.
While at Modular Space Corporation, Sam held the role of Vice President, overseeing various business units. He strategically guided North America’s largest modular space provider, managing operational and financial responsibilities, long-range planning, and strategic growth across eight regions.
