Related Group and BH Group have secured Rosewood Hotels & Resorts branding for their planned 27-story condominium tower at 2001 North Flagler Drive. The developers paid $34 million for the 0.8-acre site and filed plans for a 90-unit luxury high-rise.
Related Group and BH Group have partnered with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to brand their upcoming luxury condominium tower in West Palm Beach, expanding the hotel company's South Florida presence with another high-end residential project.
The joint venture acquired the 0.8-acre development site at 2001 North Flagler Drive for $34 million in 2024. The property will feature a 27-story tower containing 90 luxury residential units, according to plans filed with the city earlier this year.
The proposed high-rise includes more than 13,000 square feet of indoor amenities and a swimming pool positioned on the fifth floor. The development will also incorporate 185 parking spaces to serve residents and guests.
This project represents another addition to the growing portfolio of branded residences throughout South Florida, where luxury hotel companies have increasingly attached their names to high-end condominium developments. The trend allows developers to command premium pricing while providing buyers with access to hotel-style services and amenities.
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts operates ultra-luxury properties worldwide and has been expanding its residential offerings in key markets. The brand's association with the West Palm Beach project signals confidence in the area's continued growth as a destination for affluent residents.
West Palm Beach has experienced significant development activity in recent years, with multiple luxury residential towers rising along the Intracoastal Waterway and downtown core. The city's proximity to Palm Beach, combined with its own cultural attractions and business district, has made it attractive to developers targeting high-net-worth buyers.
The North Flagler Drive location provides water access and positions the future tower within one of the area's most desirable corridors for luxury real estate. The site's size and waterfront orientation allow for the type of amenity-rich development that has become standard for branded residential projects.
Related Group brings extensive experience in luxury development throughout Florida, having completed numerous high-profile projects in Miami and other markets. The company's partnership with BH Group combines resources and expertise for the ambitious West Palm Beach venture.
Construction timelines and pricing for the Rosewood-branded residences have not been disclosed. The project joins a pipeline of luxury developments planned or under construction throughout Palm Beach County, reflecting continued demand for high-end housing options in the region.
