The property at 1033 Waterway Lane spans 7,800 square feet with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms on a 0.6-acre lot.
Eugene and Judith Reilly sold the residence, which they had purchased in 2021 for $11.4 million. Built in 2006, the home features a wine room, office, clubroom, and elevator. The outdoor amenities include a pool, spa, cabana, wet bars, and a private dock. Kathleen Hutchison of Hutchison Real Estate Company represented the sellers with an asking price of $22 million, while Antonio Liguori and Pascal Liguori of Premier Estate Properties brought the buyer.
Teper maintains significant business interests across South Florida through Nobu's presence at the Eau Resort & Spa in Manalapan and the Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach. The hospitality brand is also partnering on 619 Brickell by Nobu, a planned 75-story tower with 296 units on a bayfront site at 619 Brickell Avenue in Miami. Hankin had purchased the one-acre property in 2021 for $3.4 million and finished construction last year. The six-bedroom residence includes eight full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a theater, a 1,600-bottle wine cellar, and a pool. Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties handled the listing, while Mark Griffin with The Bear's Club Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyers.
The transactions reflect continued demand for luxury waterfront properties in Palm Beach County's coastal communities, where buyers seek privacy, water access, and resort-style amenities. Both properties benefited from their locations in established, high-end neighborhoods with limited inventory.
