The transaction generated substantial returns for the seller, who had purchased the property in 2025 for $11.5 million. Built in 2001, the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home showcases the enduring appeal of Tequesta's waterfront real estate.
Rob Thomson with Waterfront Properties & Club Communities represented the seller, while Dylan Snyder with Compass brought the buyers to the transaction.
Commercial activity remained robust across the region. The Silverman Group, based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, acquired two industrial properties in Riviera Beach for $34 million. The buildings at 1701 and 2001 Australian Avenue encompass 180,000 square feet, with the 1701 location fully leased.
